The Far Cry series has accustomed us to the fact that the productions representing it have high quality graphics. We can use the help of so-called guns for hire (other revolutionaries) or Amigos (tame animals like Chorizo the dachshund). As was the case, among others, in Far Cry 5, we are not doomed to a lonely crossing. We can deal with enemies both in open combat and by acting silently, which is important because they often have a numerical and technological advantage over us (enough to say that they have tanks, among other things). In addition to white weapons we have a wide range of pistols, rifles and shotguns, which the guerrillas modify with the help of everyday objects (for example, installing sights made of sardine cans). In their implementation we are hindered by enemies, led by soldiers loyal to Castillo, whom we eliminate using an extensive arsenal. The driving force of the game are the tasks which push the plot forward, and they are accompanied by numerous missions and optional activities. We find there not only the virgin areas known from the previous parts of the series (including jungle) and small settlements, but also (for the first time in the history of the series) a powerful metropolis, Esperanza. The authors put at our disposal a vast open world, which we travel on foot, behind the controls of various vehicles and machines and, among others, on horseback. Then there's nothing left for us but to start the game, during which the action is observed from a first-person perspective (FPP). We start the gameplay in Far Cry 6 by choosing the gender of our character. The character we play during the game is Dani Rojas, a warrior or fighter of the local resistance movement, trying to remove Castillo from power both through guerrilla warfare and bloody protests in the streets of Esperanza, the capital of Yara. In addition, Castillo is raising his heir, a 13-year-old son named Diego. The hard-liner is Anton Castillo, whose life goal is to rebuild the country and restore it to the glory of fifty years ago (when his father was a dictator), no matter what sacrifices he has to force the citizens to make. Plotįar Cry 6 takes us on a journey to Yara - a fictional tropical country inspired by Cuba. This studio previously helped in the production of Far Cry 4 and Far Cry Primal. The production is being developed simultaneously in several branches of Ubisoft, under the leadership of Ubisoft Toronto. Far Cry 6 is the sixth main installment of the bestselling FPS series launched in 2004.
